ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

PROFILE IMAGES

You may upload an image for your online profile. By submitting any image, you confirm that you have the right to use the image and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it.

REQUIRED INFORMATION

We may request certain information, including your username, full name, birthdate, phone number, physical address, and email address. We will collect, process, and store your personal data in compliance with the PDPA, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user rights to access and correct their data.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

a. Impersonating another person by using their name as your account.
b. Using a name subject to someone else’s rights without authorization.
c. Using offensive, vulgar, or obscene names.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel account registrations at our discretion. You are responsible for maintaining your password's confidentiality. Your account is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

II. For data analytics and service improvement.
III. To comply with legal obligations under the PDPA, including secure storage, limited retention periods, and user rights protection.

ONLINE GUIDELINES

You must comply with Part 2 of the Content Code Malaysia, including:

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

The following terms govern the use of MAZEONE ('the Company') services offered on the MAZEONE website and its related sub-sites ('the Site'). Users must read these terms carefully as they affect their legal rights under Malaysian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the Communications and Multimedia Content Code.

By using the Site, Users agree to these terms. The Company may revise these terms with prior notice via the Site, and continued use after such changes implies acceptance. Users who disagree must cease using the Site. The Company's registered office is located at (____________________).

This Privacy Policy explains how MAZEONE ('the Company') collects, uses, and protects personal information in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

This section forms part of the MAZEONE Terms and Conditions Agreement and is governed by Malaysian law, including the Contracts Act 1950.
MAZEONE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User’s access to the website and services (“the Services”) without prior notice if:
The User breaches any terms of this Agreement;
The User engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities;
The User’s conduct is harmful to MAZEONE, its users, or third parties;
Required by law or regulatory authorities.
Users will be notified of any suspension or termination, along with the reasons for such action when applicable.
Users who wish to appeal a suspension or termination may contact MAZEONE within 14 days of receiving notice, providing relevant information for review.
MAZEONE is not liable for any losses resulting from suspension or termination of services. Users are encouraged to regularly review these terms for updates.
By using the Site, the User agrees to these suspension and termination terms as part of the overall Terms and Conditions Agreement.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a User of MAZEONE website and services ("Site" and/or "Services"), you agree to the following responsibilities:
Personal Responsibility: The User is personally responsible for their use of the Site and/or Services and agrees to use them at their own risk.
Compliance with Laws: The User shall use the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and all applicable laws in Malaysia, including but not limited to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Content Code ("Content Code").
Prohibited Listings and Advertisements:
The User shall not list, advertise, or offer for sale on the Site any item that:
(a) Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights such as copyright, patent, trademark, trade name, designs, trade secrets, confidential information, goodwill, or rights of privacy/publicity.
(b) Contains defamatory statements or otherwise causes legally recognized harm.
(c) Violates any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
Prohibited Information:
The User shall not provide information that:
(a) Is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
(b) Involves counterfeit or stolen items, or any fraudulent acts.
(c) Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
(d) Violates any law.
(e) Is defamatory.
(f) Contains pornographic or obscene material.
(g) Contains computer viruses or malicious code.
(h) Creates liability for MAZEONE or causes service interruptions.
(i) Promotes religious, cultural, or racist propaganda.
(j) Contains any other prohibited content under the Content Code.
"Information" includes any data provided by the User to MAZEONE or other Users through public areas (such as forums, photo areas, feedback sections) or email.
Content Removal:
MAZEONE reserves the right to remove any items or content that violate the above terms at its sole discretion, including content removal under the complaints procedure outlined in the Content Code.

CONTENT USE CONDITIONS

All information, materials, functions, and other content ("Content") on the MAZEONE website, including sounds, music, text, graphics, data, photographs, and videos, are the copyrighted property of MAZEONE.
Users may not reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, transmit, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or Services for commercial purposes without prior written permission from MAZEONE.
Additionally, users are prohibited from:
Displaying or providing access to the Content on another website or server through framing, mirroring, linking, scraping, or any other technological means without MAZEONE written consent.
Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to discover the source code of any Content on the Site, except as permitted by law or with MAZEONE written permission.
MAZEONE reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use of its Content.

CONTENT AND ADVERTISEMENT TERMS

Ownership of Content: All content, including information, images, data, text, music, sounds, graphics, videos, and messages ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, remains the exclusive property of the person from whom such Content originated.
Definition of Advertisement: Any announcement related to the sale, purchase, or provision of goods or services, or participation in activities, involving signage, images, or sound for advertising purposes.
User Rights and License: Users retain copyright and other rights to any Content submitted, posted, uploaded, or displayed on MAZEONE. By doing so, users grant MAZEONE a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sub-licensable license to use, exploit, and archive the Content as per this Agreement. User Warranties:
a. Users confirm ownership or have permission to use and display the Content on MAZEONE, granting MAZEONE the right to use and sublicense it.
b. Users allow MAZEONE to market properties and publish property listings on its platform.
c. Users ensure that Content does not infringe intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, patents, or privacy rights.
d. Content usage, storage, reproduction, and display will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
e. Content must be honest, decent, and truthful, free from sexual degradation, violence, offensive language, or hate speech.

MAZEONE reserves the right to remove any Content that violates these terms.

No Warranty:
MAZEONE does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Services. Operations may be disrupted due to factors beyond MAZEONE control, and MAZEONE is not liable for any resulting loss, liability, or damage.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, title, or non-infringement. All implied warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
MAZEONE does not endorse or control products or services advertised on the Site and disclaims all related liabilities. Users agree to use and rely on third-party content at their own risk, with MAZEONE not responsible for any resulting loss or damage.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Linking to third-party websites is generally permitted unless explicitly prohibited by the third-party site, in which case permission should be sought.
The Site may include links and references to third-party websites ('Third Party Websites').
Under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, third parties can enforce contract terms designed for their benefit.
Not all third parties automatically have rights; these apply only when explicitly stated in the contract.
MAZEONE is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions on Third Party Websites, which are not monitored or verified.
Inclusion of links does not imply MAZEONE approval or endorsement.
Users access Third Party Websites at their own risk.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITIES

Under applicable law, MAZEONE, its parent company, subsidiaries, associated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or assigns shall not be liable under any circumstances for:
Punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages or losses related to this Agreement, including but not limited to loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business, or anticipated savings.
Loss of goodwill or reputation.
Special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from breach of contract, negligence, defamation, intellectual property infringements (including copyright, trademark, industrial design, and patents), or breach of confidence.
Any liability at common law or any other legal theory.
Subject to the above limitations, MAZEONE does not exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of MAZEONE, its agents, or employees.
MAZEONE is not liable for the acts or omissions of other telecommunications service providers or for any faults or failures in their networks and equipment.

INDEMNITY POLICY

Users agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Mazeone, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and assigns from any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by Mazeone directly or indirectly due to or arising from the user’s breach of this Agreement or violation of any law or third-party rights.

GOVERNING LAWS

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Any person who is not a party to this Agreement does not have any right to enforce any of the terms and conditions contained herein.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
The User agrees that this Agreement and all incorporated agreements may be automatically assigned by the Company, in its sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.
The User and the Company are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
Failure of the Company to act with respect to a breach by the User or others shall not constitute a waiver of its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Headings and captions of this Agreement are included for ease of reference only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of any provisions in this Agreement.
Words importing one gender shall include any other gender unless stated otherwise.
Words in the singular number shall include the plural and words in the plural number include the singular unless otherwise stated.
Notices to the User shall be sent to the email address provided to the Company. Notices are deemed to be sent within 24 hours of the time of sending of the email unless the Company receives notification that the email address is invalid, or where sent by normal post to the User's address, shall be deemed to be received after 14 days from the date of posting.

DISCLAIMER

When posting advertisements on MAZEONE, users must disclose information as per the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012, including:
Your name or business/company name;
Business/company registration number if applicable;
Email address, phone number, and address;
Description of goods/services offered;
Full price including transportation, taxes, and other costs;
Payment method;
Terms and conditions governing the sale/provision of services; and
Estimated delivery time.
Failure to provide accurate information constitutes an offence under the Regulations and the Consumer Protection Act 1999. MAZEONE is not liable for any loss, damage, claim, or liability arising from non-compliance with these Regulations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, HOMESTAY, INTERIOR DESIGN AND PRODUCTS

Copyright
All content on the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, designs, compilations, photographs, videos, and sound recordings, is protected under the Malaysian Copyright Act 1987. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, reproducing, publishing, licensing, transferring, downloading, posting, or creating derivative works from the Content without prior written consent from the Company.
No part of the Content may be reproduced or incorporated into any information retrieval system for republication, distribution, sale, or any use beyond personal purposes. Users assign all copyright interests in their listings and advertisements on the Site to the Company and warrant ownership of these works.
All photographs used in listings will bear the Company's watermark, which must not be altered. The Company enforces its intellectual property rights strictly and will take legal action against infringements.
Domain Name
The Site’s domain is solely owned by the Company, and similar names may not be used by others.
Trademark
MAZEONE and its logos are trademarks of the Company. Other product, service, and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
