Supplier & Business Partner Agreement
Product Listing & Compliance
• All products listed on Mazeone must comply with Malaysian law, consumer safety standards, and the platform’s guidelines.
• Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that product descriptions, prices, specifications, and images are accurate and not misleading.
• Any prohibited or restricted items as defined by Malaysian law or Mazeone’s internal policy are not allowed.
Fees & Commission Structure
• Mazeone may charge a service fee or commission on successful transactions, based on the agreed-upon percentage or rate.
• All fees will be transparently communicated to the supplier prior to on boarding.
• Any changes in commission structure will be notified with at least 14 days’ advance notice.
Order Fulfilment & Delivery
• Suppliers must fulfil confirmed orders within the stated processing time.
• All products must be packed securely to avoid damage and shipped using a trusted courier with tracking capability.
• Late fulfilment may result in penalties, account suspension, or refund obligations.
Returns, Refunds & Dispute Resolution
• Suppliers must accept returns and process refunds for eligible items as per Mazeone’s return policy.
• Disputes between buyers and suppliers should first be resolved through Mazeone's internal dispute resolution process.
• If unresolved, Mazeone may escalate the issue to external mediation or arbitration as per Malaysian dispute law.
Supplier Code of Conduct
• Suppliers must act professionally, ethically, and transparently in all dealings.
• Harassment, fraud, or abusive language towards customers or Mazeone staff may result in immediate suspension or termination.
• Suppliers must respect customer privacy and not misuse any customer data.
Termination & Account Suspension
• Mazeone reserves the right to suspend or terminate a supplier account for:
o Violations of policy
o Non-compliance with product or delivery standards
o Repeated customer complaints
• Suppliers may terminate their agreement with 30 days’ written notice, subject to settlement of outstanding orders and obligations.
Logistics & Delivery Policy
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
• All orders must be shipped and delivered to customers within 14 days, unless stated otherwise on the product listing.
• Delayed shipments must be reported immediately, and Mazeone reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the customer.
Packaging Standards & Requirements
• Products must be packed in durable and secure materials to prevent transit damage.
• Packaging must include:
o Product label
o Invoice or receipt
o Return instruction (if applicable)
Liability for Lost or Damaged Products
• Suppliers are responsible for the condition of the product until it is received by the customer.
• In cases of lost or damaged products, suppliers must either:
o Resend a replacement, or
o Issue a refund within 7 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders may only be cancelled before shipping, unless under special exceptions approved by Mazeone.
• If a supplier cancels an order after payment is made, the customer will receive a full refund, and the supplier may bear administrative fees.
Force Majeure Clause
• Neither Mazeone nor suppliers shall be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.).
• Parties must notify each other within 48 hours if such events occur.
Business Partnership & Affiliate Program
Affiliate & Partnership Program
• Partners may earn commissions by referring users or other partners to Mazeone under the affiliate scheme.
• Tracking and payouts will be handled through Mazeone’s system and paid monthly, subject to minimum payout thresholds.
Subscription & Membership Terms
• Mazeone may offer paid subscription or membership plans to partners for added services or visibility.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.
• No refunds will be provided for unused time on subscription plans.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
• All partner data is handled according to the Malaysian PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).
• Partners must also protect any confidential data shared by Mazeone or its users, and may not disclose or misuse it for personal gain.
Intellectual Property Clause
• Partners may not use Mazeone’s brand, logos, or content without written permission.
• Any intellectual property created under a paid partnership program (e.g. design materials, marketing content) may be jointly owned or licensed, subject to agreement.
Fraud Prevention & Security Measures
• Mazeone monitors all partner transactions to detect fraud or misuse.
• Any fraudulent activity will lead to immediate termination and legal action where necessary.
Real Estate & Rental Policies
Real Estate Transaction Policy
• Property listings must be legal and supported by valid ownership documents.
• Agents or sellers must disclose full property details, including price, size, condition, and restrictions (if any).
Rental & Leasing Terms
• Lease agreements must follow Malaysian tenancy laws, including proper documentation, deposit terms, and rental payment rules.
• Mazeone may facilitate agreements but does not act as a legal intermediary.
Homestay & Short-Term Rental Agreement
• Property owners must comply with local council regulations and obtain licenses for homestays or Airbnb-type listings.
• Guests and hosts must follow all booking, cancellation, and property rules outlined in the listing.
Tenant & Landlord Responsibilities
• Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property during their stay.
• Landlords must ensure the property is habitable, clean, and safe before check-in.
Property Inspection & Verification Policy
• Mazeone may conduct inspections or require verification before a property is approved for listing.
• Any fraudulent property listings may result in legal action and permanent ban.
Agent & Broker Terms
• Only registered agents with valid REN numbers may advertise under their name.
• Agents must adhere to the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) code of conduct.
Property-Related Design & Products
Custom Design & Interior Services Agreement
• Designers must provide quotations and clear scope of work before taking payment.
• Delays in project timelines must be communicated in writing.
Service Scope, Pricing & Liability Terms
• Any additional charges must be approved by customers in advance.
• Service providers are liable for damages caused by negligence or poor workmanship.
Furniture & Home Product Warranty Policy
• Products sold must come with a minimum 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
• The warranty must cover manufacturer defects, excluding user damage.
After-Sales Support & Returns Policy
• Customers must be able to contact sellers for product issues after delivery.
• Sellers must respond within 3 working days and resolve issues within 7 working days unless extended by agreement.
