• Privacy Protection: Mazeone complies with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), ensuring that all personal data (e.g., name, contact information, payment details) is securely stored and processed.

Legal Disclaimer & Intellectual Property Rights
• Limitation of Liability: Mazeone is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to technical issues, third-party transactions, or errors in product/service listings.
• Intellectual Property: All content on the website (text, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is the intellectual property of Mazeone or its affiliates, and is protected by copyright law. Users must not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior permission.
• User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of content they upload, but by uploading content, they grant Mazeone a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.
• Prohibited Use of Customer Information: Users are strictly prohibited from collecting, using, or sharing contact details of other users or customers obtained through the Mazeone platform for any unauthorized, unrelated, or illegal purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, using customer information for marketing, spamming, harassment, or off-platform commercial activities. Any misuse of such personal data may result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Dispute Resolution Policy
• Informal Resolution: If a dispute arises, the parties are encouraged to resolve the matter through informal negotiations or direct communication with Mazeone’s support team.
• Mediation & Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation in Malaysia before pursuing arbitration or litigation.
• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Transactions & Services
Payment & Refund Policy
• Accepted Payment Methods: Mazeone accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online banking, and third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, eWallets).
• Transaction Processing: Payments will be processed upon confirmation of the transaction. Users will receive a receipt for each completed transaction.
• Refunds: Refunds may be issued if:
o A product is defective or damaged during delivery.
o A booking is cancelled by the seller, property owner, agent, or authorized third party.
o The service was not rendered as described.
• Refund & Cancellation Deadline: For property bookings or product purchases, the website customer (e.g., property owner or supplier) may specify a cancellation deadline. If the specified deadline is passed, no refund will be provided. If no deadline is provided, the general refund and cancellation policy of 7 days applies from the transaction or delivery date.
• Refund requests must be submitted within the specified cancellation period, and approval is subject to verification.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
• Order Fulfilment: Suppliers are responsible for fulfilling orders within 14 days unless otherwise specified. Users will be notified of any delays.
• Delivery Method: Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery address, weight, and size of the item.
• Late Delivery: In case of late delivery, users can request a refund, cancellation, or reschedule the delivery. Specific timelines and conditions will apply based on the supplier’s policy.
Return & After-Sales Policy
• Product Returns: Users may return products within 7 days from the delivery date if:
o The product is defective or damaged.
o The wrong item was delivered.
o The product doesn’t match the description.
• Return Process: Users must contact customer support and provide proof of purchase and the issue with the product. Returned items must be in unused condition.
• After-Sales Service: Mazeone ensures after-sales support for products purchased through the platform, including repair services or assistance in resolving issues with suppliers.

Account Suspension & Termination Policy
• Suspension: Mazeone reserves the right to suspend user accounts temporarily or permanently if they engage in prohibited activities, such as:
o Fraudulent activities.
o Spamming or abusive behaviour.
o Violation of terms or policies.
• Termination: Mazeone may permanently terminate user accounts in severe cases, such as repeated violations or involvement in illegal activities. Users can appeal account suspension or termination via the support team.
Fraud Prevention & Security Policy
• Fraud Prevention: Mazeone uses advanced fraud detection systems to prevent unauthorized transactions, including:
o Monitoring suspicious activity, such as multiple failed payment attempts.
o Verifying payment details and shipping addresses.
o Reporting fraudulent behaviour to the relevant authorities.
